Garment Options for Custom Orders

There are variables to consider when choosing what shirts you would like your design printed on. This includes the type of fabric used, the feel and the weight of the fabric, the cut/fit of the garment, and also the cost. There are basic tees, premium tees, and many options in between, depending on what's important to you.

Listed below are a few options. These are ones which we use often, but there are plenty of other choices, just let us know what you are looking for.

*The main fabric types are 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, triblends- which typically use rayon as the third fabric, and 100% polyester (dri-fits). They each have different benefits.

*Fabric weight (in relation to how thin or thick a shirt is) is determined by the thickness of the thread that is used to make up the fabric and is measured per square yard. Tees that are lightweight use fabric that is less than 5 oz per square yard. Midweight tees are between 5 oz and 6 oz., and heavyweight tees are 6 oz or greater.

*Singles refers to the thread weave which affects the feel of the fabric. The more cotton threads per yarn, the tighter the weave. Tee singles range from 18 to 40. The higher the singles, the softer the feel.

*CVC (chief value cotton) is a cotton/polyester blend that couples with a higher singles count resulting in a really soft fabric, similar to triblends.
